This is my 500th post, which is insane. I began writing this blog a little over a year ago, starting out with just a handful of readers. Now I have 100+ readers, which is also insane. (And not a little intimidating, I will admit.)
Thank you to those of you who have stuck with me through all the Lolcats, the favorite lists, and all the random rants. And as for my new readers, please leave me some comments so I can get to know you, too. :D
So it's Friday! (Yay!!!!1) And it's also Super Bowl weekend (Yawn.), which apparently has all of the male contingent very, very excited. The majority of my male high school students today were practically bouncing in their seats. Honestly, I hope the Saints win just because New Orleans has had it so rough -- they deserve some happiness. But otherwise I could care less. Basketball is more my thing...
Here's a little "Fill in the Blank" fun for you before I go, inspired by Lauren from the little things we do... Happy Friday!
1. If I had two hours to myself today, I'd spend it curled up in bed reading .
2. If I could travel anywhere today, I would go to Paris, France .
3. The night I first kissed Ricky (aka the love of my life) is my happiest memory.
4. Sometimes you're focused other times you're floating.
5. Beauty is inside the hidden moments that no one else sees but you.
6. I would be embarrassed if anyone knew that I don't drive and that in fact I HATE driving.

Sometimes I wish I didn't drive! Its so stressful, but then again sometimes I am glad I have that independence... Congrats on you 500th post!

i have to agree with number seven. as for driving, i'm pretty freaked to get behind the wheel too :/
i am so stoked for the Super Bowl this weekend! i'm pretty sure my love for football is due to my brothers, hahah.

4. sneezing --- yawning
5. my family and friends.
6. that I sometimes like picking my nose. ;)

yawn to the superbowl?! i'm very much the girly girl but i LOOOOVE sports. (one of the best things my ex ever gave me lol)
my beloved Dallas Cowboys didn't make it this year but i'll root for the Saints and watch anyway. I loooove football.

oh...and just fyi...i hate driving too. i do drive...but only when i have t to get places. thankfully the hubs likes to drive, so i usually just let him take over :).
